The goal of this Project is to create a new active and practical training methodology focusing on low qualified adult ex prisoners and ex offenders who do not access or failed to complete their training, remaining without any kind of certification of both formal and informal skills. The issue of training is closely related to the integration of low qualified adult ex prisoners and ex offenders in the labor market. The training methodology, to be tested during the project, will be extremely practical and will take place mainly in enterprises, while the entrepreneurs (supported by experienced tutors) will become themselves trainers on their job for the main target group.
